Ingredients for 15 servings:
- 1 large roast pork (boneless neck roast, approx. 3.5 kg)
- 2 kg salt
- pepper

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Neck roast
Preheat the oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat) (also works with fan/convection oven). Season the neck roast with just a little pepper. Now add the salt to a baking sheet and place the peppered roast on top. Roast in the oven for approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on the desired browning. Do not open the oven during this time (and do not get nervous). This is a super tender party roast. Serve with potato salad or simply plain white bread.
