Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 eggs
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • 300 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • pepper
  • Salt

Boil the eggs, peel them, and cut them into small cubes. Dice the cheese very finely. Mix the eggs and cheese. Mix the mayonnaise with a little mandarin orange juice, season with pepper and salt, and pour it over the egg and cheese mixture, stirring to combine. Finally, carefully fold in the mandarin oranges. Ideally, let it sit overnight.
