Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 300 g sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 9 tbsp semolina
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
  • 200 g raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients together. Grease a springform pan. Pour in the batter. Bake for 1 hour at 200°C. If you don’t like raisins, you can also use grated apples.
