Plum cake, quick recipe

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 kg plum(s)
  • 175 g butter
  • 75 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 230 g flour, (possibly 550)
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the ingredients into a batter and spread it into a greased springform pan (I use a slightly larger pizza pan with a rim). Wash, pit, and halve the plums, and place them in the batter. Place in a cold oven. Baking time: 50 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius. This also works for apple pie.
