Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g Camembert(s), mature soft
- 75 g butter, soft
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp beer
- 1 egg yolk, from a boiled egg
- e.g. radishes
- Caraway seeds
- leaf lettuce
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mash the Camembert and butter thoroughly with a fork. Knead the spices, beer, and egg yolk into the cheese mixture. Scoop out the dumplings using a tablespoon dipped in water and arrange attractively on a plate. Slice the onion into rings and place on top, sprinkle with some paprika and caraway seeds, and serve with pretzels and bread. Serve with a cold beer! Tip: If you like, you can also knead half a diced onion into the cheese mixture!
