Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 large pork roulades
- 1 tomato(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- ½ cup cream cheese with herbs
- ¼ bunch parsley
- 1 tsp, leveled mustard
- salt and pepper
- 2 slices of cheese
- 2 slices of ham (Black Forest)
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with cream cheese filling
Finely chop the tomato, onion, and parsley and mix with the cream cheese and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Top each roulade with a slice of cheese and a slice of ham. Place half of the cream cheese mixture on top. Roll the roulades up as tightly as possible, sealing the sides, and secure with string or roulade pins. Brown the roulades on all sides in a little oil and add a little water. Cover and simmer for about an hour, adding more water if needed. The pan juices can be used as a sauce; you can thicken them slightly if you like. I recommend using potatoes with them.
