Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 600 g jacket potatoes
  • 300 g meat sausage (Lyoner)
  • 100 g onion(s)
  • 100 g lean ham cubes
  • 100 g spring onion(s) or leek
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Peel the boiled potatoes, slice them, season with a little salt and pepper, and fry them in a pan with fat. Brown the sliced ​​Lyoner sausage in another pan; I don’t use any additional fat for this. Remove the Lyoner sausage from the pan and add a little fat to the pan. Sauté the diced onion and ham. After about 5 minutes, add the finely chopped spring onion and cook for about 10 minutes. Then stir the Lyoner sausage and the onion mixture into the boiled potatoes. Good luck and enjoy.
