Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 600 g jacket potatoes
- 300 g meat sausage (Lyoner)
- 100 g onion(s)
- 100 g lean ham cubes
- 100 g spring onion(s) or leek
- salt and pepper
- Fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Peel the boiled potatoes, slice them, season with a little salt and pepper, and fry them in a pan with fat. Brown the sliced Lyoner sausage in another pan; I don’t use any additional fat for this. Remove the Lyoner sausage from the pan and add a little fat to the pan. Sauté the diced onion and ham. After about 5 minutes, add the finely chopped spring onion and cook for about 10 minutes. Then stir the Lyoner sausage and the onion mixture into the boiled potatoes. Good luck and enjoy.
