Cheese – Vegetable – Grated Burger

First, the vegetables must be cooked until soft and the cheese must be grated. Then, after draining the vegetables, process them in a food processor until a puree forms. Transfer them to a bowl and stir in all the other ingredients until the mixture becomes more viscous. Finally, knead in the cheese. Form the mixture into balls and fry them in plenty of oil until browned. Tastes great in the form of hamburgers (a meat substitute), but also as potato pancakes! If desired, you can add a little garlic.
