Instructions

Simple, quick and delicious

First, slice the leek into rings and the mettenden sausages into slices. Brown the mettenden sausages in a non-stick pan, then add the leek, stir, and cook for about 5 minutes. Place the uncooked pasta in a large pot and pour the sausage and leek mixture over the pasta. Mix everything thoroughly and add enough water to just cover. Dissolve the stock cubes in the pot. You can also use two cubes first, season to taste, and then add more. Now reduce until there is no more liquid. This takes about 15 minutes.
