Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 smoked pork chops
  • 2 ½ kg carrot(s)
  • 500 g potatoes
  • Broth, preferably a little more
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pack of parsley, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, cook the smoked pork with onions until tender (add enough water to cover the meat). Slice the carrots and add them to the meat. Dice the potatoes and add them, then add the broth. Cover and simmer until the carrots are tender. Remove the meat, mash the potatoes and carrots, and season with salt and pepper. Then add about a packet of frozen parsley. You can also add other meats, such as cooked sausage or pork tail. The former goes in shortly before the end of cooking, while the pork tail goes with the smoked pork.
