Turkish coffee cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 tbsp milk 1.5% fat
  • 1 ½ tbsp instant coffee powder
  • 60 g sugar
  • 150 ml whipped cream
  • 4 small mocha beans (chocolate decoration)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Gently heat the milk, sugar, and coffee powder on the stovetop until the coffee has dissolved. Stir everything into the quark. Whip the cream until stiff peaks and fold into the quark. Serve the cream in attractive glasses or dessert bowls and place a mocha bean on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
