Lamb chops and fried peas, mint and garlic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 400 g peas (frozen)
  • 12 lamb chops, double 110g each
  • Sea salt
  • pepper
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 sprigs of thyme
  • Sugar
  • 2 sprigs of mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and slice the garlic. Thaw the peas. Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and brown the chops with the thyme sprigs on all sides. Briefly fry the garlic in a separate pan with the remaining oil over medium heat. Add the peas and cook for 6-7 minutes, stirring. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Roughly chop the mint and scatter it over the top. Serve on plates with the lamb.
