Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g lamb or beef
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 tsp all-spice
- ½ tsp cardamom
- some flour
- Salt
- margarine

Kiftah Maglie
Finely dice the onion, finely chop the parsley, and finely chop the meat—or use ground beef from a butcher. Place the ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and the other spices and mix well. Form into small balls and roll them in flour. Heat margarine in a pan and fry until golden brown. Serve with flatbread and salad, if desired.
