Kolay yaglama

For the yogurt sauce, crush the garlic, mix with the yogurt, and season with salt. For the filling, finely chop the onions and peppers and fry in olive oil. Add the minced meat to the onions and fry. Add a tablespoon of tomato paste, fry, and then add the tomatoes. Sauté everything until the tomatoes are soft. Season with salt and the spices, add 50 ml of water, and simmer on low heat with the lid closed for about 5-10 minutes. To serve, place a lavash bread on a serving plate, top with the filling, then another layer of lavash bread and filling. Be careful not to put too much filling on top, as there are several layers. I always make five layers; on the fourth lavash bread, I cut it first and then spread the filling over it again. Finally, add the yogurt sauce. Note: Kayseri is also known for the Turkish tortellini (manti). In the original recipe, the lavash bread is baked at home, but in this recipe I show you the simple version using ready-made lavash bread.
