Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 1 Sucuk
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- chili flakes
- e.g. flatbread(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Cut the sucuk into slices, then quarter them again. Finely chop the onions. Whisk the four eggs and season with pepper, salt, and chili flakes. Then fry the sucuk without adding any oil until it starts to brown. Add the egg and onions to the pan. Let it set a little longer until the scrambled eggs reach the desired consistency. Flatbread is best served with this, but other breads will also work.
