Feta cream with ajvar

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • possibly cream
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • Ajvar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Crumble the feta and blend it with yogurt. If necessary, add a little cream to make it creamier. Finely chop the parsley and stir it in. Season to taste with ajvar, if desired. I used 4 tablespoons. Ajvar is available from Turkish retailers or delicatessens. The cream is great as a dip, spread, or for grilling. It can also be served on its own, with baguette as an appetizer.
