- 125 g margarine
- 100 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 eggs
- 125 g flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Beat margarine, sugar, salt, and eggs until fluffy. Stir in flour and cinnamon. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin or greased paper baking cups (5 cm diameter). Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes. Tip: Serve with vanilla whipped cream.
