Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup(s) oil (sunflower oil)
- 4 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup(s) lemonade (Fanta)
- powdered sugar
- lemon juice
- 2 cups sour cream
- Pudding powder (Cream of Paradise)
- 2 can/n tangerine(s) – oranges
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix the ingredients one by one. Spread the batter onto a greased baking sheet and bake in the center of the oven at 160°C for about 25 minutes. Then let it cool. Tip: Now you can either mix powdered sugar with lemon juice and spread it on the cake, or mix 2 cups of sour cream with Paradiescreme pudding powder, spread it on the cake, and top with 2 cans of mandarin orange slices. Make a glaze from the mandarin orange juice and spread it over the fruit. Chill and cut into pieces before serving. You can also stir the mandarin oranges, without the juice, into the batter and then cover with glaze.
