Canarian tuna salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 4 m.-large zucchini, yellow and green
  • 4 tomatoes, ripe, aromatic
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • Cucumber(s) and/or bell pepper(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Vinegar, mild
  • Herbs
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Grate the radishes and carrots. Grate the zucchini. Thinly slice the onion. Halve, then quarter the tomatoes. Mix everything together and season. It tastes even better the next day.
