Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 75 g margarine
- 75 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 125 g flour
- 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
for fruit topping
Whisk all ingredients, except flour and baking powder, until fluffy. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir in. Bake in a fruit-based baking dish at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for 20-25 minutes. Tastes great with two jars of morello cherries or two cans of peach slices and a banana. Also delicious with fresh strawberries.
