Pryaniki with curd

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 300 g sugar
  • 500 g quark
  • 16 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 12 tbsp milk
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 packets of baking powder
  • 800 g flour
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 packet of powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Beat the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the quark, oil, and milk. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add it to the mixture in portions. Make a smooth dough. Roll out the dough and cut out shapes with baking cutters. Bake the prjaniki in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 10-15 minutes. For the glaze, beat the egg whites with powdered sugar and coat the still-hot prjaniki with it.
