Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g cranberries, dried
  • 100 g blueberries, dried
  • 250 ml boiling water
  • ½ tsp citric acid
  • 4 sugar cubes or 5 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes

Pour boiling water over the dried berries and let them swell, covered. Once cooled, add the citric acid and sugar and stir. Add a little more boiling water if necessary. Let this mixture stand for 2 to 3 days at room temperature to allow it to become slightly acidic.
