Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, green, sliced
- 3 carrots, grated
- 1 onion(s), thinly sliced
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled, sliced
- 4 radishes, in pieces
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Dill, chopped
- 5 tbsp oil
- 5 tbsp vinegar
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Portuguese salad
Mix vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper to make a marinade. Place the salad ingredients in a bowl, mix, and pour the marinade over the salad.
