  • 2 spring onions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 5 chili peppers
  • 1 handful of coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

light and delicious

Clean the chili peppers and tomatoes, roughly chop them, and blend them in a food processor or with a hand blender. Finely slice the onions into half rings, and cut the spring onions into thin rings or small cubes. Finely chop the coriander. Mix everything with the chili and tomato puree, add salt and oil, stir, and your delicious salsa is ready. It’s best stored in jam jars.
