Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter, soft
- 40 g sugar
- 25 g powdered sugar
- 225 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp rose water
- Sugar, for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
very crumbly
Cream the butter and sugar until creamy. Then add the remaining ingredients. Knead into a shortcrust pastry and place in a 22cm springform pan. Prick the dough a few times with a fork and mark out eight circles with a knife. Bake for about 30 minutes at 160°C (preheated to 325°F). Immediately sprinkle with sugar and cut the marked circles in half. Allow to cool. It can be stored in a tin for a few days.
