Make a dough with oil, orange juice, salt, and flour. It’s important not to knead the dough; simply fold it until all the ingredients are well blended. Form 20 balls from the dough, flatten each ball, spread with 1/3 teaspoon of a mixture of tomato paste and mustard, place a sausage on each ball, and enclose it in the dough. Using both hands, shape each ball into an oblong shape and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. These mini hot dogs can be served hot or cold.
