Greek yogurt and lime cream

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 kg Greek yogurt
  • 500 ml condensed milk, sweetened
  • 2 limes (juice and grated zest)
  • Blanched and peeled almonds and/or pineapple pieces, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes

Great dessert even for those who don’t like yogurt

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and vigorously by hand. If adding pineapple chunks, drain them thoroughly and pat dry if necessary. If adding almonds, quarter them first. The cream should rest in the refrigerator for at least four hours; the lime juice will help it set.
