Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 250 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 red chili pepper(s)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 garlic clove(s) or more, if desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the chili pepper, deseed it, and chop it into large pieces. Peel the garlic and chop it into large pieces. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend with a hand blender until smooth. The cream will keep in the refrigerator for a few days.
