Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp, heaped mixed spices (basil, thyme, oregano, garlic, paprika)
  • 120 g margarine
  • 300 g flour
  • 2 tsp, leveled salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

simple and vegetarian

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Add the buttermilk and spices to the mixing bowl. You can vary the spices to your taste. Now mix the buttermilk and spices on speed 2 for about 15 seconds, then scrape the dough down the sides of the bowl with a spatula. Add the flour, margarine, and salt. Now use the “Kneading” program. With the Monsieur Cuisine Connect, this automatically sets the program to 45 seconds. After the program is complete, check that everything is well kneaded. If not, run the program again. Take about 1/3 of the dough from the bowl and shape it into a 1-2 cm thick sausage. Now divide this sausage into 1-2 cm pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Repeat until all the dough is used up. Bake the sticks in the hot oven for 15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy on the outside. Delicious with any kind of dip.
