Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large chicken thighs
  • 750 g potatoes, very small, unpeeled
  • 500 g onion(s)
  • rosemary
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil (olive oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash, dry, salt, and pepper the chicken thighs. Wash and dry the new potatoes. Peel the onions and cut into pieces roughly the same size as the new potatoes. Place everything on a baking sheet, drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Sprinkle with rosemary and bake. I bake for about 70-80 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius in a convection oven. Tip: It also tastes delicious with aioli!
