Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 750 g jacket potatoes
- ½ liter of milk
- 260 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ m.-sized onion(s)
- Salt
- some fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whisk together flour, milk, salt, and the egg to form a thick batter. Dip the onion in fat and grease a hot pan with it. Add peeled, thin potato slices until the bottom is covered. Pour some of the pancake batter over the onion and cook on both sides. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
