Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g apples
- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 175 g flour
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- some cinnamon powder
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel the apples, slice them into thin wedges, and drizzle with lemon juice. Place the apple slices in a greased baking dish. Mix butter, sugar, flour, and a pinch of cinnamon powder to form a crumble. Spread the crumble over the apples and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. The apple crumble can be served on its own or with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.
