Oatmeal with red plum and chili

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 ml milk
  • 100 ml water
  • 50 g oat flakes, fine
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 plum(s), red
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp chili flakes
  • Vanilla from the pod or mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Oatmeal – filling breakfast with fruit

Mash the banana with a fork. Cut the plum into small pieces. Bring the milk and water to a boil with the vanilla, cinnamon, and chili flakes, stirring continuously. Then add the oatmeal, flaxseed, and sesame seeds and continue to simmer. Add the mashed banana and simmer, stirring continuously, until the desired consistency is reached. Transfer the porridge to a plate and garnish with the plum pieces.
