- 100g spaghetti
- 50 g cooked ham
- 200 g mushrooms, fresh
- ½ cup sweet cream
- Garlic
- salt and pepper
- 50 g Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Heat the cream very slowly and grate in the cheese. Once melted, add the quartered mushrooms and sliced ham. Simmer on low heat for a few minutes and season with garlic, salt, and pepper. Meanwhile, bring water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente. Top with the sauce and serve.
