Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes, waxy, already cooked
  • 1 shallot(s), cleaned
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • Sea salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the skin from the potatoes and cut them into half-slices. Place them in a deep plate. Finely chop the shallot and sprinkle it over the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper, then let it stand for 5 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice. Do not stir. Serve with bread or as a side dish with meat or fish (but then it is neither vegetarian nor vegan).
