Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g palm fat
  • 75 g clarified butter or goat butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 small egg(s)
  • vanilla sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • egg yolk for brushing

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Butter cookies, great for cutting out, but can also be shaped.

Knead all ingredients into a dough. Roll it out between two sheets of foil and either cut out different shapes or shape it as desired. Brush with egg yolk, if desired. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for approximately 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
