Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 ml milk
- 110 g chocolate (60 percent cocoa)
- 6 g cocoa powder
- 20 g sugar
- 9 g cornstarch
- 1 pinch of salt
- a little cinnamon
- a little nutmeg

Dissolve the chocolate in a saucepan with a splash of milk and add the cocoa powder, salt, and sugar. Whisk the cornstarch with the remaining milk, slowly add, and bring to a boil. Season with cinnamon and nutmeg, or to taste. Garnish with marshmallows, whipped cream, and a sprinkling of cocoa powder, if desired.
