Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 110 g butter
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 50 g white sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 15 ml milk
  • 100 g chocolate drops
  • 1 tsp food coloring, red

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes

Cream the butter with both sugars. Add the eggs and milk and continue beating. Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and food coloring until the dough is evenly red. Now mix in the chocolate chips. Form the dough into walnut-sized balls and place them slightly apart on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 12 minutes.
