Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ½ kg potatoes
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp oregano
- Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground
- 2 garlic cloves

Potatoes with a twist!
Peel the potatoes and cut them lengthwise into wedges. Squeeze the lemon. In a baking dish, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Roll the potato wedges in the marinade and bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 1 hour. A Greek salad goes well with these “Patátes ston forúrno riganátes.” Tip: Can be served as a main course (with a salad) or as a side dish with meat. Enjoy!
