Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g feta cheese
- 200 g herb curd
- 1 can of pitted black olives
- 200 g natural yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Crumble the feta cheese, chop the olives, crush the garlic, and gently mix with the other ingredients. Chill for about 2 hours. It’s ideal with grilled food, but also serves as a spread or dip with crudités, crackers, etc.
