Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 points sheep’s cheese
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, yellow or both
  • 2 small tomatoes, ripe
  • 2 tsp chili powder, dried (Pokovo)
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Tabasco
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Greek sheep cheese cream

Puree the tomatoes and bell peppers in a blender. Add the feta cheese. Blend until a paste forms, either with more chunks or very finely. Add oil to loosen the mixture in the blender and make it easier to spread. Season to taste with hot chili or Tabasco. Garnish with a fresh red chili pepper and a grind of black pepper. This is a great way to make ahead. Serve with baguette, pretzels, and dark farmhouse bread.
