Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g pork fillet(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- some salt
- some pepper
- 4 tomatoes
- 3 balls of mozzarella
- 3 cloves garlic
- some basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the pork fillet into medallions approximately 2 cm thick. Sear in a pan for approximately 2 minutes per side, then season with salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish. Wash the tomatoes and slice them evenly along with the mozzarella, then layer them in the baking dish. Sprinkle with chopped garlic and basil, and season lightly with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 15 minutes. Serve with baguette.
