Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 50 g bacon, streaky, diced
- 1 garlic, chopped
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 liter meat broth, hot
- 2 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 150 g processed cheese
- Chives, as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Lightly fry the bacon cubes and add the garlic. Add the broth (reserve 3 tablespoons). Mix the flour with water, add to the soup, and bring to a boil. Add the tomato paste. Mash the cheese spread with the 3 tablespoons of hot broth until creamy, then add to the hot soup. Simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with chives.
