Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g Mett, Thuringian
  • 2 onions
  • 1 small can of tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 150 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp marjoram
  • ½ liter meat broth
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can of corn

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Brown the minced meat and onions in fat. Then add everything to a pot with the remaining ingredients and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Then add the cream, sour cream, and mushrooms and heat again. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and Tabasco.
