Ciabatta with salami and cheese crust

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 Ciabatta breads ready to bake
  • 500 g salami, in one piece
  • 400 g cheese (Emmental)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 400 g tomatoes, peeled (can)
  • pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

ideal for parties with little preparation time

Roughly chop the salami, Emmental cheese, and onion. Blend everything together with the tomatoes and spices in a blender or food processor until roughly smooth. Cut the ciabatta bread diagonally into slices and spread the mixture 1 cm thick. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 12 minutes.
