Tomato – Mozzarella – Salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • some oil
  • some vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash and slice the tomatoes. Drain the mozzarella and slice it. Arrange the mozzarella slices alternately with the tomato slices on a cake plate or a shallow plate with a rim. Season everything and coat it very thinly with oil (and vinegar). Garnish everything with the bunch of basil (leaf by leaf). A plate isn’t meant for just one person. It’s a “take-something-for-you” plate. You should place it in the middle for everyone, for example, when guests are coming.
