Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g strawberries
- 100 g ladyfingers
- 250 g mascarpone
- 50 g sugar
- 300 ml cream
- e.g. strawberries
- e.g. lemon balm
- e.g. pistachios
Instructions

Wash, hull, and puree the strawberries. Place half of the strawberry mixture into a shallow baking dish. Place the sponge fingers on top and spread the remaining puree on top. Whip the mascarpone with the sugar until stiff. Whip the cream until stiff, fold it into the mascarpone cream, and pour it over the sponge fingers. Garnish with strawberries, lemon balm, and pistachios. Chill and enjoy!
