Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 15 slice(s) Salami, air-dried
- olive oil
- 800 g zucchini
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
- 4 eggs
- 250 ml whipped cream
- oregano
- Thyme
- rosemary
- 200g mozzarella
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the salami into thin strips and fry briefly in a hot pan with oil. Wash the zucchini and then cut it into thin slices. Add it to the pan, mix it with the salami, and season with pepper. Peel the garlic and press it into the zucchini mixture. Sauté everything together for a good 5 minutes. Then transfer everything to a greased baking dish. Whisk the eggs with the cream and season with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, and rosemary. Pour the sauce into the baking dish over the vegetables. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and arrange them over the vegetable gratin. Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes.
