Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g tagliatelle or spaghetti
- 6 large onions, cut into rings
- 2 medium-sized tomatoes, cut into small cubes
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- curry powder
- Herbs as desired
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Fry the onions thoroughly in oil for about 20 minutes. The onions should be thoroughly softened and browned. Add salt and seasoning at the end! Add the chopped tomatoes and heat through, then season to taste. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, then toss with the sauce and serve immediately.
