Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta (farfalle)
  • 3 packs of mozzarella
  • 1 bowl of tomatoes (cocktail tomatoes)
  • Basil, 3-6 leaves, fresh, finely chopped
  • Miracel Whip Balance, 2-3 tbsp of it
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Wash the cherry tomatoes and halve or leave them whole, depending on their size. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces. Drain the pasta and let it cool. Place the crushed garlic cloves in a bowl. Add about 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of dark balsamic vinegar, and 2-3 tablespoons of Miracle Whip. Season with a little salt and pepper. Stir these ingredients into a smooth, light brown dressing. Add the pasta, mozzarella, and tomatoes to the bowl and mix everything well. Finally, to taste, stir in about 3 to 6 leaves of fresh, finely chopped basil.
